Please note that warranty coverage does not apply for bikes sold through on-line marketplaces such as EBay and Craig's list. Any bikes purchased this way, even if "unused", will be treated as sales of used bikes. We have the names of most of our riders at the time of the sale. If you do not match someone on file, we may require a bill of sale to authenticate the purchase.
