Got a big scrape on the left chainstay from 2 bikes rubbing together on the car rack.

What to do? It is Gunnar Blue. Can touch up cover this good enough until I'm ready for a repaint or should I just go ahead and send it in?

I'd try the cheap route first and if you can't live with it I would send it in after riding season. Maybe you could touch it up and then put a clear chainstay protector on it. I had a bike repainted once and chipped it within the first month of having it so there is no guarantee your bike will stay pristine even after a new paint job.
