Hi Folks
Black Cherry - recent COM respray - used to be somewhat less subdued 'Flamboyance Yellow'
Ultegra drivertrain with a 105 triple crankset. Mavic Ksyrium wheels. Thomson zero setback post, her beloved Terry's Butterfly saddle, Shimano SPD pedals. Needing some 'squishier' tyres, 700 x 28 Conti Four Seasons fit with no problems.
She got this bike some five years ago now, when she was a relative novice at road riding - hadn't ridden a bike since she was a kid (exact time gap a closely guarded secret

!) but got aboard this Sport and had no trouble adapting to life on the road - like mine, it's a great handling ride.
The colour is a little bit 'chameleon' depending on how bright the sunlight on the frame is - goes a little darker in dull light, really screams for attention in bright sunlight. Silver decals match well - that it now has a 'Sport' decal that she wanted left off is down to a dealer who doesn't go much for paying attention to customers, but should know better...
My used-to-be red and yellow fade Sport is in for a paint job to the new COM magic blue with white panels - wish I'd gotten off my duff and gotten mine this colour. Okay, some could say that would be way too cute, but this is one good looking paint job.
Regards
Dereck
