Hello Gunnar fans!

I have a Rockhound 29er that I love, and I think my wife wants to get a Rockhound 26er. She is currently riding a full suspension bike, but wants to add a hardtail to her arsenal. She is 5'3" and I am concerned that she is right in the middle of the 13.5 and 16 inch sizes.

Her current bike has a 22.4" theoretical top tube (15 inch frame) and she really likes the fit. She used to have a bike with a shorter top tube and felt cramped on it.

Does anyone have any tips on which way to go, or if these would fit her?

She could go either way depending on torso and leg length. Give a shout to the shop 262 534 4190, with her inseam (pubic bone to floor), her preferred cockpit dimension (center of saddle in the plane of the seatpost to the center-top of the stem/bar intersection), and the saddle to bar drop (or rise). We'll at least be able to plot these numbers onto both sizes and make a suggestion for you.

Thanks Dave. I actually had the local shop do those measurements and measure up her old bike. They recommended that we go with the 13.5... and we ordered it!! She picked the Pearl White color-of-the-month, and she can't wait!!
