Anyone have a cross hair set up as a road bike? Comments, testimonials, info, would be appreciated. I am considering buying one for road use and century rides.

Used my Crosshair strictly for road use for a couple of years. No problems, only complaint was the occasional squeak from the canti brakes. Not the bikes fault. If you do not need to run 38's you may want to consider ether the Sport or Fastlane. These may be more "road" friendly geometry than the Crosshair. I switched to a Waterford RS-14 a few years ago. With the custom geometry, what a world of difference. Seventy to One Hundred miles, I won't say a dream, but much more comfortable than before. I'm not as "tired" either, after a 40 mile fast pace group ride.

This has been discussed before. My opinion is the same, great versatility, and keeps up with road bikes in most situations.
