I have been thinking about getting a 29er Ruffian to replace my aging GF Rig I just have a few areas of concearn.

Website states rear tire clearance issue has been taken care of by using a 73mm bottom bracket however other areas of website states 2.1"only, I only plan on running a 2.1" however with the wide 29er rims even a 2.1" can bet pretty fat at the tread. Does a Ignitor 2.1 have ample clearance throughout the slider adjustment?

Other concearn is fork crown clearance, with a 19" frame is there any issues with a Reba Race or Fox F29? Also how was clearance acheived, pictures do not show (ie: bent down tube w/ gussett?)

I am running a Ruffian 29er 19" and it is amazing.
I am running it as a fully rigid, but you should have no problems with the forks you are desctibing.
Also, I am running Conti King 2.4 front and back with no problems.

I spoke w/ Gunnar and placed and order. Going w/ the blue panel color of the month paint job.

I also ordered a rigid fork from Walt Works, they should arrive roughly the same time.

My Stans Arch wheels came in and they are not nearly as wide as the Velocity Blunts I have on my other bike so tire fit will not be a problem. I going w/ Maxxis Crossmark 2.1 front & rear.
