I am considering a new Sport as a long distance machine with the emphasis on comfort. My challenge is trying to decide on size. I have long legs and a short torso and ideally would be in between a 58 and a 60. I rode a 58 yesterday and like the ride although it felt just a bit small. Is this likely to be a situation where either size would work using shorter or longer stems? Or do I need to go the custom route? Ideally I would like the handlebars to be at about the same length as the seat and my dealer does not have a 60 to try.

One other question is what is the frame weight of the Sports in this size range?

The Sport will be a great choice! There is a 1 cm difference in the top tubes between the 58 and 60. The cockpit area of the bike can be manipulated easily with a stem. You are welcome to call us 262 534 4190 to discuss your specific fit in more detail.
