I received my new Roadie about 4-5 weeks ago. When I pulled it out of the box I was pretty impressed! Great build quality and awesome paint. I chose silver to black fade with a straight bladed steel fork. The paint job is top notch! The build went together very quickly and everything went on real smoothly. I just recently rode it to my local bike shop so my buds could look it over, they were impressed as I was. This bike is super comfortable and tracks well. I was a little hesitant about the sloping top tube. I looked at Gunnars on line but was put off by the thought of a non traditional frame with a sloping top tube. That changed once I finally saw one up close and talked to a guy who had one in a bright orangey yellow. I think the frame is awesome! It rides well, accelerates well and seems like it wants to climb. I chose 9 speed Ultegra for my gruppo with a black Thompson seat post and black Mavic Open Pros. The whole silver to black theme is even carried out with black bar tape, Nitto black bars, black ITM Millenium stem (with silver front cap) black Sella Italia saddle and of course the black seat post clamp that is supplied with the frame. I am really impressed with the pump peg as I carry a black Zefal pump, always. Great bike guys! I'm way happy with my new Gunner. I will be riding this bike for many miles to come. You have yet another satisfied customer. I'm already planning on a Sport frame to replace one of my other old bikes. Just don't tell my wife. Keep up the good work and keep building great bikes.

Thanks for the kind words, bikefreak! I'll pass them to the folks that make it happen.

Enjoy!
