In the spring of '04 you guys built a 29" Ruffian for me, which at the time was a custom model. It's a great bike. I've decided to try one with an EBB and rear disc brakes, and have just ordered a new 29" Ruffian from you.

I looked at my custom drawing and it's so close to the current 20.5" spec that
I was glad to see it would be a close match.

Could you comment on what differences there will be in the current tubeset you're using, vs. what was used a year and a half ago?

Thanks.

Howdy Talbert01,

As you can tell, the geometry willbe the same, but the new OS2 tubeset allows us to make the frame a little lighter and stiffer with the same sweet ride. This is done through larger diameter tubes with thinner wall thickness.

Expect to save about 1/4#.
