Hi folks,

Looking at the Crosshairs (it seems to be one of very few production cross frames without goofy geometry) and wondering about fenders: are there eyelets on the steel fork? Is anyone successfully running 32c cross tires with fenders? Also, with the steeper head angle/smaller rake fork, is toe overlap an issue with a front fender? I'm considering a crosshairs for lunchtime fire road training rides- no racing. Thus the fender requirement... I have to return to work after I ride in the Oregon mud.

I am sure some owners will share their specific experiences but the Crosshairs certainly has the ability to handle the 32c's and fenders. The fork is equipped with an eyelet at the dropout. This is a common configuration.

As for overlap, it will depend on the size of the frame as well as your crank selection and shoe size. As much as we try to minimize it, big tires and fenders may make overlap more likely.

As for your inteded use; the Crosshairs will serve you very well.
